The Shopping
Cart Assistant (SCA) provides the bridge between your
Yahoo! Store™ shopping cart and your Accounting, Shipping, Credit Card
Authorization and Contact Management programs by translating the Yahoo!
Store order data
into files that can easily be imported into your respective applications.
STEP 1 - Customers
place orders in your Yahoo! Store™
STEP 2 - At your convenience,
you will log in to your Yahoo! Store™ administration page. From here you
will process all the orders you have received. You will be downloading
the files that contain the information for all of your orders.
STEP 3
- Open the SCA and
click on the Read Yahoo Files button. During this process the SCA will
collect all the data from the Yahoo! Store™ files and store the data in the
program's database.
STEP 4 - Click on the Orders
Recap tab and then on then click on the Create Import Files button.
The SCA create the import files for your applications.
STEP 5 - Open your
application and import the corresponding file created by the SCA.
